I’ll tell you what not to do and what I’ve seen before when you enter in a casting room please please do not go up to the front and try to introduce yourself to everybody behind the camera that’s a huge no-no!! If you’re going in there for a specific role do your job hit your mark deliver your role and then exit if they ask you questions you’re able to interact with them that’s great if they don’t they say thank you just leave do your job. I know that there’s some actors out there that are more into method acting they get into character before they go into the room by all means definitely do not interact with any person while you’re in character because if the character is say you know a little bit crazy or something like that you you don’t want to leave that impression right so you just walk into the room hit your mark deliver your line and then get out so that’s the best way that you should enter into the casting room.
